Reiki

Reiki, meaning universal life force energy, is a centuries-old "laying on hands" healing technique. 

It is a natural method of passing energy and an excellent technique for stress reduction and relaxation.  A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.

It treats the whole person, including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that including relaxation, feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

A complete Reiki session is offered to a fully clothed recipient who is lying on a treatment table or on a mat, or sitting comfortably supported in a chair.

Most commonly, Reiki is offered through light, non-invasive touch with my hands placed and held on a series of locations on the head and front and back of the torso, on the legs and on the feet. The placement of the hands will never be intrusive or inappropriate, nor will there be any pressure.

And, because The sense of smell is our most primal sense, I can add aromatherapy to enhance your Reiki session. With aromatherapy, as an essential oil is inhaled, the aromatic molecules directly affect the centre of the brain where all our emotions and memories are stored. Smelling just one drop may help steady your mind and soothe your emotions simultaneously.

Reiki can be added to a one-to one yoga or mindfullness session session.

Smudging & Incense

Smudging or Purification :

The Native American practice of smudging, or purifying a room with the smoke of sacred herbs, can help clear negative energy from a space through a ritual burning of sage and other herbs.

Smudging may be especially beneficial at a time of new beginnings, such as moving into a new home, starting a new job or business, beginning the new year, cleaning space, home, office and aura after major life changes or health issues. It can also be carried out before and after a yoga, meditation or Reiki session.

At your request, I will come to any space you wish, with all my own supplies for the herb smudging ritual. Time taken will vary. Usually one hour at the minimum, large houses or offices will take longer. Please enquire.

Bespoke Incense :

Since the dawn of humanity and beyond all human civilizations, plants and incense have been perceived as sources of magical and divine forces.

Incense helps to purify but it also serves to develop specific energies.

The smell allows us to slip into another state of consciousness, to find and increase our personal power in a different way.

After a visual or telephone appointment or an e-mail, I prepare custom incense according to what you want to manifest. What you need to trigger at home or in your life. Create an atmosphere, a particular energy to help guide you towards what you are looking for.

The incenses I make contain purely natural substances such as fragrant herbs, flowers, resins, gums and wood shavings infused with pure and absolute essential oils. Each mixture contains ingredients appropriate to the associated deities and the magical purposes for which they are intended.

Custom incense is loose incense to burn on charcoal.

Energy of Crystals & Stones

Crystal healing is the practice of using the natural properties of stones and crystals to achieve spiritual, mental, psychological, emotional and physical benefits. It is an holistic, non-invasive, vibrational energy-based system of healing that treats the whole person and their integrated energy system. It is therapeutic and deeply relaxing and may be especially beneficial for an exam, an interview for a new job, or to help with a broken heart, depression, insomnia or stress.

I am a graduate of Judy Hall - one of the world's most respected Crystal Healing experts.

You will be made comfortable and warm on a healing couch or on the floor. You will be asked to close your eyes and relax, using breathing techniques. Crystals will be placed on or around your body. When the session is over, the crystals will be removed and you will be encouraged to ground yourself firmly in your body once more.

I can also provide crystal consultation sessions. After a face to face discussion, I can programme your own bespoke set of crystals, given to you in a lovely pouch, to support your particular needs.
